Running for Hope from Najaf to Karbala this Arbaeen
A group of runners, led by Sheikh Arif Chandoo, are running from Najaf to Karbala this Arbaeen to encourage people to sponsor 72 orphans and support widows.
The devastating reality is that millions of children across the world grow up without the protection, love, care and support of their parents. All too often, orphans are left to fend for themselves in this cold and cruel world, whilst grieving, struggling, and in desperate need of support. They have nowhere to turn, which means orphans are among one of the most vulnerable groups of people in the world today.
Sponsor an orphan just £40 per month, and help pay for food, shelter, education and healthcare.
